Mr. O'Donoghue (Jack), a founder and Principal in Grant Street Associates, Inc., has a concentration of responsibilities in corporate real estate consulting and tenant representation services.

In his 20+ years in commercial real estate, Jack has represented many well known companies. A few of the clients with which Jack has consulted and/or represented in various real estate transactions are: Gannett, Inc., Pitney Bowes, Siemens, Viacom Corporation, Westinghouse Energy Corporation, Leedsworld, Inc., UBS PaineWebber, JPMorgan Chase, American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. and Microsoft. He has developed marketing strategies, conducted financial analyses and portfolio valuations, negotiated lease/sale agreements, managed construction and served as a consultant in all phases of facilities planning, transaction analyses, business planning and public/private funding acquisition.

Mr. O'Donoghue received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing from Duquesne University. He is a licensed real estate salesman, a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Greater Pittsburgh Board of Realtors, the Pittsburgh Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and a candidate for Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation. He also is a past recipient of CoStar’s Power Broker award.

Randall G. McCombs, SIOR

Mr. McCombs joined Grant Street Associates in early 2010, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

His focus is primarily on tenant advisory and asset disposition for local and multi-market clients. He has successfully negotiated deals in excess of $500 million and more than 5.0 million square feet for such prominent clients as Alcoa, Inc., Seagate Technologies, Kvaerner, ADP, FedEx, The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and VA Technology.

His work with a variety of clients both locally and nationally, has provided him with a unique perspective that continues to enable him to provide exceptional service. The fiduciary relationship with his client is the foundation for his work on each project.

Prior to joining Grant Street Associates, Mr. McCombs was Executive Vice President and Managing Director of GVA Oxford, the brokerage division of Oxford Development Company, where he was responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the group, developing client relationships, creating strategic marketing initiatives and collaborating with the company's management and development arm.

Mr. McCombs attended the University of Maryland at College Park, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He is a member of the National Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a past president of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of SIOR.

He is a member of and serves on the Executive Committee for the Western Pennsylvania Golf Association; serves on the Board of Directors for the National Character Education Foundation; and is a member of the Pittsburgh Leadership Collaborative.

Michael H. Sell, CCIM

As a manager within the Investment Services Group, Michael is primarily responsible for the purchasing and disposition of assets on behalf of clients; financial feasibility analysis of proposed transactions for clients; loan and funding structure analysis; development analysis; and market research.

Prior to joining Grant Street Associates, Mr. Sell spent the majority of his professional career with PNC Capital Markets, LLC,as a Real Estate Investment Banking Analyst dealing with debt structuring; confidential offering memorandum preparation; leasing/tenant-mix analysis for proposed developments; database development for market deal tracking; and securitization market transactions.

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
Within his tenure at Grant Street Associates, Mr. Sell has represented such notable clients as the PNC Financial Services Corporation for the sale of CMBS debt notes, the National City Corporation, Hertz Investment Group, Professional Graphic Communications, Rugby Realty, and RSME Holdings in a combination of more than 413,000 square feet of commercial real estate resulting in the sales of over $19 million in just three years.

-285,000-square foot office building on behalf of Hertz Investment Group located in the City of Pittsburgh

-32,500-square foot office building on behalf of Rugby Realty Company located in the City of Pittsburgh Cultural District

-26,500-square foot office building on behalf of Pennrove Realty LP located in the City of Pittsburgh

-25,000-square foot multi-family complex on behalf of RSME Holdings LLC located in the Edgewood neighborhood of Pittsburgh

CMBS Debt Sales
-$8 million note sale [80% of par] for a Homewood Suites Hotel in Orlando, Florida
