	Conduct extensive research on comparable sales, income analysis of the asset via Argus, and a thorough analysis of the structure and any downfalls. Identify all potential buyers of the proposed asset via in-house database, the Cushman & Wakefield national database, CoStar, LoopNet, and Real Capital Analytics. Initial “Opinion of Value” presented to owner. Once an agreement is reached on the listing value, standard Listing Agreement formulated and signed by all parties.
